- Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided when you sign in with Google.
- YouTube channel data — read-only channel details (title, statistics, and public video metadata) that you authorize us to access through the YouTube Data API.
- Usage data — actions you take in the Service (campaigns, credits, tool usage) to operate and improve your experience.
YouTube API Services
GrowmyYT uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google Privacy Policy. Access is read-only — we never post, edit, or delete anything on your channel.
How we use your information
- To analyze your channel ("Channel DNA") and power AI tools, matching, and recommendations.
- To operate collaborations, credits, sponsorships, and other features you use.
- To communicate service updates and respond to your requests.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, database, and — when you enable them — AI and payment providers), each bound to protect it.
Revoking access
You can revoke GrowmyYT's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via your Google Account permissions.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@growmyyt.com. Cached YouTube data is removed when you disconnect your channel or delete your account.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
