These Terms govern your use of GrowmyYT(the "Service") at growmyyt.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to hold a YouTube account) to use the Service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and connect a YouTube channel. You are responsible for activity on your account. You grant us read-only access to your channel data to provide the Service; we never post or modify anything on your channel.

Credits & payments

• Credits are an in-platform unit used for growth actions and tools. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Earned credits are subject to fair-use limits.
• Cash earnings from brand sponsorships are paid out per the payout terms shown in your wallet.
• Subscription fees are billed per your selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by law or a stated money-back guarantee.

Acceptable use

• No bots, fake engagement, or artificial inflation of views, watch time, or votes.
• No content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• No attempts to circumvent verification, rate limits, or the credit system.

YouTube compliance

The Service uses YouTube API Services. Your use must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific growth, views, subscribers, or sponsorship results. AI outputs are suggestions and may be imperfect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowmyYT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
